NAMI WC Support Groups

NAMI Washtenaw County provides support groups for both people with mental illness and their loved ones. We offer three different support groups on one night in one place so your entire family can attend. The groups cover all ages and all brain disorder diagnoses. No matter if you are a teen diagnosed with bipolar or an adult with a child diagnosed with schizophrenia, we have a support group for you. The groups are facilitated by knowledgeable NAMI members in a safe and confidential atmosphere.

  • Connection Group (adults with brain disorders regardless of a specific diagnosis). They meet on the 1st and 3rd Wed of the month.
  • Adult Loved Ones (adults who have a loved one with a brain disorder). They meet only on the 3rd Wed of the month.
  • Young Adults (young adults living with a mental illness regardless of the specific diagnosis). They meet on the 1st and 3rd Wed of the month.
All groups meet from 7-8:30 P.M.
